As a 13 year top luxury real estate agent, Jodi worked diligently to help a young aspiring musician find a living space she could afford in an area that was safe and quiet. The task seemed impossible; until she learned about an ADU (accessory dwelling unit) trend in Southern California, featuring single family home guest units.
